Diane Pearce, MA, ACC
MS in Counseling , Associate Certified Coach (ICF), Certified Career Transition Coach
Diane spent 25 years as an executive in the senior housing business; however her passion was always to counsel, coach and encourage others. Upon leaving the corporate world she followed her passion and became a Certified Life and Career Coach. She has been successfully coaching both men and women for the past 8 years. Her clients' describe her as insightful, passionate, warm and humerous. She listens with "ears" of experience as she knows first-hand what it is like when life does not turn out as expected. She understands the pain of divorce, challenges of being a single parent, fear from job loss and the courage it takes to move forward and make major life changes.
Diane works at making healthy decisions based on facts rather than feelings.
Authenticity: God has given me a heart to serve through my gift of coaching. Trust me not to judge, but to travel beside you on this part of your journey.
Honesty: Coaching is a safe relationship where I will be compassionately honest with you in our partnership.
Confidentiality: I will maintain your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Kindness: It takes courage to seek change, which is often painful. I will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader.
Fun: Humor and laughter help us maintain balance and keep joy in our lives. This is part of my personality and my coaching style.
Prayerfulness: I believe God is the One who holds all wisdom and the answers you seek. With your permission, I will open each session in prayer.

Personal Mission Statement
As a follower of Jesus Christ my goal is to
serve others with love. I believe God has
blessed me with the gift of coaching and
encouraging others seeking to make a change
in their lives. As God directs my path, I shall
coach without judgment, with kindness,
autenticity and humor. I will remain open to opportunites He provides and be willing to
move boldly into unfamiliar areas where
I might be used to serve through coaching. I
will let go of "how I think it should be" and
trust God with the unexpected.
"Diane is an extremely proficient and
intuitive coach who has been a great
resource to me and a number of other
senior executives. She helped me
define my personal values and passions
which set me on a successful career path.
Diane kept me focused on my goals by
asking great questions and listening to
my responses. Diane has a passion for
her clients' success and also has a great
sense of humor."
